What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return an item. The boots need to be unworn and in original condition, with all tags and packaging still attached, so anything showing signs of wear will not qualify for a refund. To start a return, email us with your order number and the reason, and we will send you return instructions. Anything posted back without that approval is not accepted, and you pay the return postage unless the item was faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not run a separate exchange process. If you would like a different size or a different pair, return the original for a refund and place a new order for the one you want. The exception is an item that arrived faulty, damaged or was not what you ordered, where we cover the return and sort out a replacement or refund.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return reaches us and passes a check, we refund the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days from the day the return arrives for that to complete.
When will I get my order?
Orders take 1 to 3 business days to be dispatched, then 5 to 8 business days in transit. That works out at roughly 6 to 11 business days from the date you order. These are estimates rather than guarantees, as carrier backlogs, public holidays and weather can all delay a parcel.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. There is nothing extra to pay at checkout for delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Where do you ship to?
We ship within the United Kingdom, and delivery is free with no minimum spend. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO or military addresses, or anywhere the carrier does not serve. If your address is one of those, please use an alternative one when you order.

How do I track my order?
We email you tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If the tracking email has not arrived yet, your order is most likely still being prepared, which takes 1 to 3 business days.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and let us know within 30 days of delivery if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. Email us your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Once we have confirmed it, we sort out a replacement or a refund and cover the return shipping.
